
I like to be safe and healthy in the New Year, and I should not be slackened when I have regular and healthy diets. But the food in the New Year seems to be the best number of three highs and one low (high oil, high salt, high heat and low diet). In fact, as long as the cooking method, ingredients selection and flavour portion size are adjusted, traditional New Year dishes can also be transformed into a healthy and healthy meal.
This year, we specially designed two healthy New Year dishes, "Dongxi Caicai & Lion Head" and "Too Sweet & Fried Rice Cake". I hope that everyone will "drums are headed and step by step!"
"Dongxi Caiguo& Lion Head" is a transformation of the traditional Chinese New Year vegetable red lion head. The meat inside the waist is used as the lion head meat, and the white sprouts replace the water lion, which makes the taste more refreshing. Rice cakes are a must-eat food during the Chinese New Year, and they are like rising year by year. "Too sweet &Shengsheng Rice Cake" completely transforms traditional rice cakes into noodles.
Sweet rice cake is mixed with lotus root powder, making it easy for older people and those with poor teeth to chew. Purple heart potato is rich in anthocyanins and dietary fiber, which reduces the use of refined powder. The rice cake is mainly made of swallow maize, and the meat is made of chicken muscles instead of pig meat, which reduces the oily feeling.
Lion head ingredients: 600 grams of pork meat, 80 grams of diced white soybean, 80 grams of brown rice, 26amp of salt; suitable amount of white pepper powder, 4 tablespoons of rice wine, 1/2 tablespoon of soybean oil, 1 tablespoon of corn flour
Soup juice side dishes ingredients: 150 grams of alpine baby cabbage, baby 200 grams of cabbage (mustard greens), 80 grams of ginkgo nuts, 80 grams of edamame kernel, 120 grams of diced cucumber, 1/2 tablespoon of kembo sauce, salt & White pepper suitable amount:
1. Make a lion head and mix the meat, cucumbers, rough white rice and flavoring ingredients evenly. After the meat is repeatedly beaten, the meatballs of the same size are picked out.
2. Cook the meatballs first and then set (transfer the soup juice to high soup) and fry over medium-low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes until the appearance is golden.
3.
