The factory's recommendations are located in Pyongyang, Pingcheng and Wonsan, and all use external imported semiconductors to produce mobile phones, which should be imported for smuggling.
Zheng Dongyong said that the world is ushering in the AI revolution, and North Korea may also be anxious about this. Therefore, he believes that AI-centric technological cooperation will be an important area of cooperation between the two South Koreans in the future. He analyzed that if North Korea wants to cooperate with South Korea or other countries in the AI field and improve relations with the United States will be the key, and North Korea leader Kim Jong-un is in need of a double-sided meeting with US President Trump.
Zheng Dongyong also said that education units such as the Department of Computer Engineering at Kim Il-sung University in North Korea are focusing on cultivating relevant talents, "it seems to have a very high level of strength", and said that North Korea is working hard to develop the "North Korean version of ChatGPT".
