Times: Liverpool s summer recruitment spending is about to exceed 200 million pounds, and we will buy Gei next

The Times reported that Liverpool's total recruitment spending this summer is about to exceed the 200 million pound mark. After reaching a £40 million agreement with Bournemouth on Kolkedz, the club continues to promote the major recruitment plan.

Wilz is about to undergo a medical examination on Friday, with the transfer transaction introduced from Leverkusen reaching £116 million. Slott has signed full-back Flynnon from the pharmaceutical factory for £29.5 million, while goalkeeper Mamadashvili also joined from Valencia for £29.5 million. He was loaned back to the La Liga club last season.

As part of the Reds' reconstruction plan, the club is targeting a central defender, including Crystal Palace defender Gee, with Kanssa going to transfer to the drug factory for £35 million, a deal that has nothing to do with the Wilts transfer. Whether the bid for Gee this summer will be successful depends on Crystal Palace's asking price for the England international who has only one year left in the contract. It is worth noting that Chelsea will receive a share of Guy's transfer profit.

Hungarian left-back Kolkz is a long-term target of Liverpool and will undergo a medical examination next week. Bournemouth originally priced £45 million for the 21-year-old, but sports director Richard Hughes successfully convinced his old club to cut the price. Hughes signed Kolkedz from Alkmaar for about £15 million during his tenure at Bournemouth in the summer of 2023.

In addition, Liverpool has agreed to sign Puskas Academy 20-year-old goalkeeper Armin Page for £1.5 million. The club is still waiting for Robertson to decide whether to transfer to Atletico Madrid, while Nunez's agent is approaching clubs such as Naples to assess the possibility of the forward player who lost his position at Liverpool.
