Sun: Manchester City goalkeeper Bettinelli built private parking space without authorization, causing neighborhood disputes

According to the Sun, Manchester City goalkeeper Bettinelli once again caused a neighborhood dispute over private parking space because he laid a "streetside" parking space outside his £2 million mansion without planning permission. The move was accused by neighbors of destroying the green landscape of the community and could pave the way for other residents to follow suit.

A few weeks ago, Bettinelli was criticized for cutting down 40 feet of trees in front of his luxury home in Cobham, Surrey. Now, his new behavior has once again sparked dissatisfaction among nearby residents. They believe that this practice not only contradicts the development guidelines of this upscale private residential area, but also erodes the green landscape. Moreover, they fear that this will set a precedent for others to change green space to hard land without authorization. Bettinelli insisted that the parking space built was within the scope of its four-bedroom property and had applied for post-approval. However, he still has the possibility of facing a "red card" from the local council and being forced to demolish unauthorized projects.

In June this year, after veteran Carlson left the team, Betinelli joined Manchester City with a symbolic transfer fee, and the two sides signed for one year.
