British female singer Dua Lipa watched the Argentina national derby between Boca and River Plate, but she caused controversy by taking photos holding the jerseys of both teams.

In the Argentine League in the early hours of this Monday, Boca defeated River Plate 2-0 at home. Dua Lipa held a sold-out Argentina leg of her South American tour at River Plate's home stadium. And she came to Boca's home stadium, the Candy Box Stadium, to watch the game and wore the Argentina national team jersey in the stands.

Dua Lipa also took a photo with Boca Club President Riquelme holding a Boca jersey. A Boca fan said: "Dua Lipa and Riquelme are fascinated by this jersey." Dua Lipa also said: "I like the atmosphere here, the people are perfect." But then a River Plate fan responded by posting a photo of Dua Lipa alone holding a River Plate jersey.

Dua Lipa may want to show her support for the two Argentine giants in this way, and she does not want to offend the fans of either side. However, this "double fan" approach still caused some controversy. Some fans criticized: "She committed the biggest crime in football" and "She can't wear both jerseys!" Some fans joked: "She didn't wear the jersey" and "The photo with Riquelme was better!"

In fact, this is not the first time that Dua Lipa has acted like a double fan. She has previously revealed that she supports both Arsenal and Liverpool. "My father and brother are Arsenal fans, so I would be in a lot of trouble if I said I only supported Liverpool. But I love Liverpool and they hold a special place in my heart."
