According to Matt Law, a well-known reporter from the Daily Telegraph, Dutch international Simmons has completed the signing of Tottenham.

It is reported that Simmons has now officially become a Tottenham player. Both sides have signed a 5+2 contract. All documents have been finalized and the official announcement is imminent.

Tottenham paid 60 million euros to sign Simmons from Leipzig.
