Life lies in exercise, which is the same for dogs. The time the owner plays with his or her dog every day depends on the breed of the dog, but most owners will walk with the dog as exercise. Little do you know that for most dogs, walking is far from enough.

Many species of dogs need several walks a day. For example, sheepdogs have to herd sheep or cattle from morning to night, and the amount of activity is very high. The hound works back and forth in the fields, or plays a retrieval game. It is unrealistic to expect these dogs to become quiet lazy guys.

Dogs who don’t like to move are not only prone to health problems, but may also have problems with their actions. Only tired dogs will be obedient. Dogs who lack exercise are always boring and want to find something to do. Tiredness can push the dog toward problematic behaviors such as digging holes, chewing, barking, or searching for garbage. Exercise can relieve stress and vent your energy. Exercise can bring the relationship between the owner and the pet closer. Dogs like to participate in daily activities. Apart from picking up newspapers or slippers, there are many things that dogs can do.

For puppies, exercise can strengthen their body and increase confidence. Games, walking, and even swimming can increase its strength and endurance. Puppies are prone to fatigue and should exercise within a range they can accept. A few short-term activities in a day are far better than one or two long-term exercises.

For some puppies, owners must be optimistic, because they sometimes break through the limits, such as long-distance retrieval games, or long-term walks. They are puppies and cannot recognize their limits. The responsible dog owner should notice the fatigue signals sent by the puppy, such as listlessness, slow pace, or constant breathing.

An adult dog is energetic, and fixed walking, swimming and games, such as food collection games, can keep it mentally and physically healthy. Dogs like to do their jobs, retrievers like to retrieve games, guide dogs like to guide, and sheepdogs like to graz. Family activities can be arranged according to the dog's exercise, such as grazing games.

Generally, letting your dog participate in fixed activities, such as jogging or riding a bicycle, is very beneficial to both the owner and the dog. You can also be a good helper in daily chores, such as picking up garbage bags, firewood or gardening tools. This will give your dog a sense of accomplishment and can relieve its stress.
